The head teacher at Witharaga Primary School

Suna East constituency pupils at Witharaga Primary School are learning under trees after a windstorm blew off roof of three classrooms.
Those affected are pupils in class six, seven and eight.
Jacob Mbicha the head teacher said that the winds also weaken other classroom roof and also destroyed some toilets in the school.
“We are very lucky he incident happens yesterday evening while the pupils were away from school after they have gone home,” said Mbicha.
He said he was afraid preparations for end term and national examinations have been interrupted.
The school has 340 pupils.
