Nyatike assistant chief charged with forging his KCSE certificate

The immediate former Winjo assistant chief in Nyatike sub-county has been charged with forging certificates he used to acquire his job.

Wilson Magaya is accused of using the KCSE certificate belonging to Devox Warentho.

He appeared on Wednesday at Migori high court where he denied forging his secondary school certificate contrary to the penal code as read at section 349 and 345.

He denied the charges and was released on a Sh200,000 bond and surety of the same amount pending the mention of the case on December 23 and hearing on January 23, 2020.
