Migori county education officer Elizabeth Otieno said in the just concluded Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) 108 candidates out of 34,071 candidates did not sit the examinations.
“Some had died while others crossed over to nearby Tanzania we are still using administrators to locate them and account for them,” she said.
