Sangwenya, political activist youth groups allied to governor Okoth Obado have called on county staff who are out to take part as aspirants in the August 9 general elections to resign.

The group led by Gabriel Ogolla and Paul Wuon Osama in an interview with Migori News in Migori town said the deadline set for February 9 by law should be followed.

The two said they will push through staff who are undermining juniors, use county vehicles and resources in their campaigns to resign and leave others to carry on with development legacy of governor Obado.
