The politics for Kisumu Central MP seat has shaped up after the entrant of former TNA Secretary General Onyango Oloo as youths jeered the incumbent Ken Obura.
Obura fled Kondele center and had to change routes severally when angry youths pelted his vehicle with stones breaking windows and glasses..
He even skipped some planned venues as the crowd quickly grew hostile.
He was leading voters’ registration drive, but attackers said he was a Jubilee mole.
“He had to change routes several times. He was also forced to cancel some of the planned stopovers,” a resident said.
In November 2014, the incumbent said he was working with Uhuru Kenyatta and helped plan five meetings of the head of state in the area.
