Migori speaker Boaz Okoth has called for patience from Kenya as the assembly is set to pass the BBI bill on Tuesday.
Okoth said the delay perceived by Kenyans is because the assembly has chosen to follow the due process.
By February 18 in ODM’s backyard of Nyanza Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay and Kisii had passed the bill in their assemblies.
Only Migori and Nyamira assemblies were still remaining.
“BBI will be passed on Tuesday, we just had to ensure the process is followed,” he said.
Already the assembly published in local dailies days for public participation.
