A sad mood has engulfed Masara market in Mukuro sub-location, Suna West constituency after a four year old boy drowned in unfinished septic tank.

Confirming the incident, Migori OCPD Gladys Rutere said the depth of the septic tank and high water level made the rescue mission hard.
“The body was retrieved after several and taken to Migori referral hospital morgue,” she said.
She said they have launched investigation which may charge the contractor of the septic tank or parents for negligence.
