It is interesting to have Billy Jean Mohammed refer to an elected Hon MCA as stupid while at the same time himself failing to refute the allegations by the MCA using facts. It could be true that the Maisha League is sponsored jointly by the National AIDS Control Council (NACC) and County Govt. but that does not absolve the governor from involving the MCAs. Again, it doesn’t matter whether the project is already working in Mecca, the Migori County Assembly has to be involved.

Why use such unpolished words on an MCA? You seem to know more than the MCA and County Assembly on this project, just explain soberly, and go ahead to explain why it must be you to explain and not the Governor. Critically look at the issues raised by The Petitioner and critic them-you may be smarter there after. For now not.

Please Mr. MCA , I wish to beg you to stop your stupidity and get facts right. The Maisha League is sponsored jointly by The National AIDS Control Council (NACC) and County Govt. This initiative is already working in all other Counties including Kisii County Government which is a better managed County than Migori. Kindly peleka ujinga huko msituni.
