because they feel they are more armed than them. Actually these riders carry with them, pangas, matchetes and knives for evil intentions and not for protection as they normally defend themselves. Police should be more vigilant and go as far as jailing the law breakers riders included as this is the only sure way of dealing with these masqurareaders. The insecurity in Rongo is getting out of hand.
