Kenyan lawyer Thomas Ngoe has been recognized in Europe for his positive contributions towards companies transactions and Corporate laws that has promoted effective trade in Kenya and the entire world.
Thomas Ngoe, an advocate with multiple experience in corporate law received the Global Corporate Law Project Award as the most outstanding legal business expert in Kenya by May 21.
Ngoe, while commenting on the said recognition, said that his efforts in resolving disputes arising from business entities, investments and transaction in corporate bodies and preventing corruption and losses through sustainable legal strategies was key to his future sucess.
“Company’s transactions and corporate law is not just about resolving conflicts arising from business and reducing loss but its also about creating lasting legal solutions that promote business, investment unity, and understanding among partners,” he said.
The award highlighted Ngoe’s focus on fostering dialogue and inclusivity, working with various global partners, organisations, and governments to strengthen trade and investment opportunities.
His approach, he said, is centred on empathy, active listening, and creating safe spaces for constructive conversations and investments.
“The criteria for the award were comprehensive, assessing my ability to resolve complex business conflicts and promote long-term peace and openness that are required by traders, investors, large corporates and business partners,” he said
