Migori speaker Christopher Rusana have called on Kenyans to exercise moderation during the Christmas festive season.

Speaking to the press in Migori town after a breakfast meeting, Rusana said on his speaker, members and staff of the assembly he wished happy festive season and a merry Christmas to Kenyans.

“As the assembly I call on Kenyans to be keen on helping their children and bond during the festive season,” he said.

He said Kenyans, especially road users, should celebrate the season with moderation.

“I ask those travelling to be more safe on the road,” he said.

He said currently the assembly is on recess until February next year and Migori residents should look forward to the passing of a supplementary budget.

“We will pass the supplementary budget which will focus more on giving development to people,” he added.

He said as assembly they will make sure the county government gets value from the budget by ensuring value for money for projects.
