Rongo MP Paul Abuor has watered down a recent report showing he was among 19 legislators who have never talked in parliament.
Abuor in a Facebook post on his official account said he was not bothered by the list.
“Not bothered about a report stating that am “least vocal” in one aspect of my work,” Abuor said.
He said apart from debating in the floor of the house, a legislator has many other jobs and the report on covered a single phase of his work.
“What is important to me is that during my frequent engagements with my electorate i usually get a very positive feedback on matters development and other social welfare projects,” Abuor said.

He said serving his second term as a legislator he will “continue to undertake that (work) impact directly on their (electorates) lives.”
The accompanying rejoinder he listed photos of several flagship projects including the Rongo Day Mixed Secondary School, a four storey masterpiece he started building from the scratch in the middle of Rongo town.
Abuor is among three Nyanza legislators who were listed among the 19 silent ones.
Others in the region are Kuria West MP Mathia Nyamabe (UDA) and Patrick Osero – Borabu (ODM).

Why should actually be bothered if his development track on the ground is so loud and visible ???
