Kenya athletics legend David Rudisha has donates his shoes to a world museaum.
The shoes will now be on display at World Athletics Museum.
I’ve donated my first world record spikes to the museum, and this is really something very special,” he said.
Rudisha in his Facebook post said he has been keeping the shows safe including keeping them away from his family members.
“i treasure it because it carries a lot of memories during my time on the tracks,” he added.

“It really means a lot and to donate them here, I feel very honored. I believe that this is going to inspire the younger generation and also to tell the story of our sports,” he added.
David Rudisha was born on December 17, 1988 is a two times Olympic champion and two times world champion.
He was a colossal in the 800 Metres where he clocked his best time of 1:40.91 and 600 meters with a 1:13.10 best time.
