Eddy Oketch may be handed over a direct ticket to be the Orange Democratic Movement candidate in negotiations earlier today, sources have said.
Sources said the Oketch had 65 per cent lead in the polls followed by Victor Okuna who had 21 per cent.
The rest, a paltry 14% was shared between other aspirants: Furaha Maseke Marwa, Willies Oloo Misare, Okwama Holly Edward, Billy Graham Okumu Mijungu, Kenedy Festus Oluoch and Kogango Maurice Obunga.
The opinion polls results was shared by ODM national chairman John Mbadi, with sources saying another poll will be carried within two days and results released on Sunday.
