Macalder-Kanyarwanda ward aspirant Felix Okwanyo has upped his quest to be the next area MCA by fullying sponsoring six needy students from the area.

Okwanyo said most of the students were locked out from several bursary kitties when their plight reached him.

“We paid the fee in full with some going for two academic years, we will ensure they complete their education,” Okwanyo said.

He was speaking at Migori Boys High School when he admitted a student as he was tagged along with parents of some beneficiaries.

“In some cases, students had already gone to motorbike business and when we paid the fees i had to physically look for them and ensure they report back to school,” he said.
