Kurityange Secondary principal, his 21 students, two invigilators and a supervisor have been arrested over exams cheating.
Police officers manning the school allegedly found the candidates with unauthorized exams material while they were writing history paper two.
Kuria West police commander Cleti Kimaiyo said a multi-sectoral team rushed to the school and confiscated the unauthorized material and took the suspects to Kehancha Police station.
“Phones from invigilators, supervisor and the center manager were also confiscated,” Kimaiyo added saying teachers leaked the exams to students.
“We have launched investigations to establish the truth of the matter. However 21 student have been released on a free bond to allow them sit for other remaining papers while the center manager, two invigilators and one supervisor will be arraigned in court,” said Kimaiyo
