The Opapo fish processing plant in Rongo sub-county have been officially handed over to an invstor, Rio Fish.
The Wednesday ceremony was done by fisheries officials from both national and Migori county government.
Rio Fish is currently running the plant.
The ceremony was presided over by Hon Lina Jebii Kilimo Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) state department for fisheries Aquaculture and blue economy, Principal Secretary Prof Ntiba, county executive Valentine Ogongo.
