A female MCA in Migori county assembly is on the ran after being listed as a contact person in three new Covid 19 positive cases announced on Saturday.
Police and health officers have launched a manhunt for the county legislator who cant be reached on phone.
County health executive isca Oluoch confirmed the manhunt.
“It is sad that we have a leader who should lead in fighting the virus hiding and is at large with her phone off, we are still trailing her,” Oluoch said.
“Being positive is not a death warrant, we are disappointed as a department and county over the two cases,” she said.
The Covid-19 Migori county team, security agents and the public should assist is tracing this errant person. The assembly should also take responsibility of availing the person in question
